UNVEIL BRIDES – TERMS and CONDITIONS
Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. Payment of the deposit constitutes your understanding, acknowledgment, and agreementto the terms outlined below.
1. ENGAGEMENT
The Client agrees to engage Unveil Brides for hair and makeup services, and Unveil Brides agrees to provide these services in line with the agreed package and quoted price.
2. DEPOSIT
2.1 A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total quoted price is required to secure the booking.
2.2 Upon receipt of the deposit, Unveil Brides will reserve the Client’s wedding date and time exclusively.
2.3 Due to this commitment, the deposit remains non-refundable, regardless of cancellation, date changes, or events outside the Client’s control (including cancellation of the wedding, elopement, or extreme weather – see Section 12: Force Majeure).
2.4 The deposit is applied toward the total package price, with the remaining 50% due 14 days before the wedding date.
2.5 Unveil Brides reserves the right to cancel the booking if final payment is not received by the due date. In such a case, the deposit will be forfeited.
2.6 Services will not be delivered unless full payment has been received.
3. PAYMENTS
3.1 A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
3.2 The remaining balance (100% of the outstanding amount) is payable 14 days before the wedding date or event.
3.3 All payments are to be made via the agreed method outlined in the invoice.
4. CANCELLATION
4.1 In the event the Client cancels the booking for any reason, the 50% deposit will be forfeited.
4.2 Cancellations made within 30 calendar days of the booked event may be subject to full payment of the remaining balance.
4.3 If Unveil Brides is able to rebook the cancelled date, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, less administrative and rebooking costs.
4.4 This refund, if applicable, will be determined solely by Unveil Brides.
5. CHANGE OF DATE
5.1 If a date change is requested, the deposit and any additional payments made may be transferred to the new date only if Unveil Brides is available.
5.2 If Unveil Brides is unavailable on the new date, the deposit is forfeited, and the booking is considered cancelled.
6. FORCE MAJEURE
6.1 Unveil Brides is not responsible for any failure to perform due to causes beyond its control.
6.2 These include, but are not limited to: fire, flood, natural disasters, pandemics, extreme weather, accidents, travel disruptions, strikes, riots, or acts of God.
7. HAIR & MAKEUP SETUP
7.1 Unveil Brides reserves the right to relocate the hair and makeup setup to a suitably lit, weather-protected area if required on the day of the wedding.
8. HOUSE RULES
8.1 Unveil Brides respects and complies with venue and planner rules. We are not responsible for any decisions made by third parties that impact our services on the day.
9. GUEST CONDUCT
9.1 The Client agrees to maintain a respectful and safe environment.
9.2 Unveil Brides will not tolerate any verbal, physical, or inappropriate behaviour from the Client or guests.
9.3 If the artist(s) feel unsafe or disrespected, they reserve the right to
terminate services immediately.
9.4 Any damages caused to equipment by the Client or guests will be charged to the Client.
9.5 No refunds will be issued in the event of early departure due to misconduct.
10. LIABILITY and RELEASE
10.1 Except as required by law, Unveil Brides accepts no liability for injury, damage, or loss arising from the provision of its services.
10.2 The Client acknowledges and agrees that Unveil Brides is not liable
for:
a. Any issues arising during or after the event;
b. Damage caused by guests, the Client, or third parties;
c. Injury or allergic reactions resulting from services or products used.
11. NON-GUARANTEE
11.1 Performance under this agreement is contingent upon external conditions outside Unveil Brides’ control, such as extreme weather, travel delays, illness, or other force majeure events.
12. INDEMNITY
12.1 The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Unveil Brides from
any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the use of
our services.
AGREEMENT
By paying the deposit, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood,
and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
